• Tahini (smooth, creamy dip of sesame seed with a hint of garlic)
• Houmous (chick pea dip with a mild nutty taste and creamy texture)
• Tzatziki (cool and refreshing yogurt with cucumber and mint)

• Halloumi Cheese (firm texture mild cheese, sliced and lightly grilled and served warm)

Vardas Beach Restaurant is right on the beach of the Village of Kissonerga, just six kilometers from Paphos Town and three from Coral Bay.

The name Vardas comes from the family name of the land owners, who passed it down from generation to generation until it came to George and Maria Vardas who decided to make good use of it.

Vardas Beach Restaurant first opened its doors in 1997.  Since then, it's come a long way.  Year after year, additions and improvements have been made including numerous dining choices without sacrificing modern comforts.

You can choose from our Beach Restaurant, Roof Restaurant or Beach Room.  You can even spend a few relaxing days in our apartments.
