What's Included In The Price?

It's easy for the costs of a wedding to spiral out of control.  A key part of what we do for you is to ensure you know at all times exactly what your Wedding is going to cost.

Our charge of £495 includes:

We're there for you

• Unlimited contact by email, fax or telephone prior to your wedding
• Arranging the date, time and venue for your wedding ceremony
• A detailed list of the information required for the legalities of a Cyprus Wedding
• Assistance, where needed with legal documentation
• Personal escort to the Town Hall for completion of legal documents to obtain your Special License
• I'll be there for you throughout your Wedding Day

When you step off the plane

• The morning after your arrival in the Cyprus sunshine in Paphos, I'll meet you to discuss the final arrangements for your wedding
• I'll help you complete the initial documentation for your Special Wedding License
• We'll discuss every aspect of your Wedding day - including any last minute requests or arrangements you'd like making
• You'll have my mobile number to contact me any time during your stay in Paphos, Cyprus

Wedding arrangements

All your wedding day requirements; flowers, photography and transport will be arranged before you get to Paphos.  And if there's any last minute changes, we'll do our best to accommodate them when you get here.  Normally this includes:

Flowers

• Discussion with you for your floral requirements
• Obtaining quotes and advising you of same
• Ordering and confirming your floral requirements
• Personal delivery of all floral arrangements on your Wedding day (and help with pinning on buttonholes, assisting with corsages, ...!)

Transport

• Liaising with you for you and your guests transportation requirements
• Obtaining quotes and advising you of same
• Ordering and confirming transportation with vendor
• Co-ordination on the wedding day of timely arrival/departure of all transport

Photography

• Advising on photographic options suitable for you
• Obtaining quotes and advising you of same
• Ordering and confirming photographer's services
• If appropriate I'll arrange for you to meet your photographer prior to your Wedding day

Cake

• Liaising with you on the type of wedding cake you'd like
• Obtaining quotes and advising you of same
• Ordering and confirming your cake requirements
• Arranging delivery to your Wedding Reception

Wedding Reception

• Liaising with you for your choice of reception venue
• Obtaining details of venue and quotes then advising you of same
• Confirming with venue the final booking
• Liaising with you and venue for all decoration, music, DJ
• Co-ordination of arrangements on your Wedding day to ensure all is in order prior to the arrival of the guests, bride and groom.

Wedding Extras

We do not require deposits to be paid to any of our suppliers.  Prior to your arrival, you'll know the exact costs of flowers, transport, photography, cake and anything else we've arranged for you.  All charges will be as described in quotes you'll have already received and accepted

The final account for your wedding requirements shall become payable no later than the day prior to your wedding.  This is to facilitate payment to suppliers on the day of the Wedding by Only You Wedding Service.

All payments should be made in Euros, in cash.  Read about to how to arrange this safely and securely.

Our Service

For this comprehensive and personal service Only You Wedding Service makes a single charge of £495.  We respectfully request our fee is paid in full within two weeks (non-refundable) from the date of confirmation of booking your wedding at the Church/Town Hall etc.

Once you have paid the fee for our services you can sit back and relax, knowing there is nothing else to pay for until you arrive here in Paphos.

Only You Wedding Service is unable to take responsibility, or co-ordinate any wedding service provider privately employed by our clients.

Using Only You Wedding Service approved service providers is the only way we can offer our clients complete assurance and confidently take responsibility for all aspects of quality, price and service on your Wedding day.

From your initial contact with us right through until you say "I do" every aspect of your wedding will be planned and coordinated in accordance to your wishes.
